I have found that the notification icon is not visible for the user notification in the toolbar. I have applied the fix for the same by which the icon can be visible.

@nileema.jadhav Changing the color of text or the bell icon color will not make any sense after the pop-up is activated. If we need this to be done then the change is require in the pop-up structure in terms of the design. Lets discuss on this request.
