I've now centralized instructions for the editing tasks. I'll go ahead and leave the instructions on these issues, but you can also go to
https://userguide_new-drupal.dev.devdrupal.org/guidelines/instructions.h...
(log in with drupal / drupal)
and follow the instructions there (probably more complete).

I'm actually going to close this issue. I think it is too big of a task for one issue, because you'd have to read through each topic carefully and do the steps to see whether the UI matches.

I think we should be instead double-checking this when we copy edit the individual topics. I'll update the Guidelines so that this is listed in that section of the copy editing guidelines.
