Allow users to enter API Key and consume the API at usajobs.gov

Users can grab an API key from https://developer.usajobs.gov/APIRequest/Index . This allows you to access the API at data.usajobs.gov, which is better than the one at jobs.search.gov in many ways, including more robust data, and the ability to post jobs for internal promotions in addition to jobs open to the general public (to open that up, however, you must put in a ticket with USAJobs to get permission).

It would be great if the user could optionally enter an API Key and API email address in order to use the USA Jobs API instead of the jobs.search API.
