Downloads are for manual installation, which is not recommended when using Drupal 8 or later.

Release notes

After downloading this release you must also install the UIkit dependency by opening a command line from the the theme's project directory and simply typing yarn install. Make sure you have already installed Yarn for your system. Yarn takes care of the dependency.
