Release notes

This is the recommended release for all current UIkitty users using 1.x series of UIkitty. Releases now correspond with the releases of UIkit. It is SAFE TO UPGRADE FROM UIKITTY 1.x to UIkitty 2.x. UIkitty 1.x is now unsupported.
