Problem/Motivation

Initially done in #3571009: Add SourceWithSlotsInterface and LayoutSource but let's extract the work to deliver faster.

Some sources are not expected to dhow up in the sources selector. Examples:

  • page_layout from Display Builder Page Layout
  • Upcoming view_template from Display Builder Views

Proposed resolution

  • Add the property to attributes
  • Filter the sources in the source selector.

From @just_like_good_vibe: We need to keep the no_ui source if already selected, so just opening and submitting the form without any change would not change the config.
