Documentation on Nested components on views

Problem/Motivation

I've been building my own component on UI Patterns 2 and also trying use components on views with nested elements. For example Bootstrap Carousel.

I've noticed it's not very clear in the documentation on how we use the components in there. How do we refer to the Carousel on the format and then in the show for the rows being the slides so the views rows are printed with the content for each slide?
