While testing block integration and using Wysiwyg field. When I edit a component the text format doesn't load with the field

Steps to reproduce

Using ui_suite_uswds

1. Create a block component, example hero banner
2. Use Wysiwyg, selecting a random text format
3. Save the component
4. Edit the component
5. See that the text format is not used
