If you want to track USPS packages with the dev version of uc_tracking, you are required to install the patch to USPS found at http://drupal.org/node/667594 .

I'm marking this as an active issue with uc_tracking so that it can be found by people experiencing trouble with the dev version. Issue will be closed when the Ubercart patch is committed.
