How can i implement a other shipping carrier as ups, fedex or usps like dhl, dpd, hermes (german carriers)

This is documented in the README.txt, with detailed information in the code comments. And the module comes with three working examples, for UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

I'm trying to build a site for user to track their shipments with UPS, DHL and others. It would be good if someone has already write a code for DHL as well. Hope you may share it.
