This request may sound similar to the "Terms of Use" module, but that module (currently) has no included pop-up functionality. UC Terms of Service pop-up works flawlessly and is exactly what many ToU users are looking for.

You mean that you'd want it included as a link with a popup in the login/register form?

Yes. So visitors wont be directed away from the login form.

This is not what the module is intended for, however, you can alter the login form and add a call to uc_termsofservice_general_form for adding the uc_termsofservice form there.
