I have the cart pane enabled (admin/store/settings/checkout/edit/panes for checkout)

I have the module enabled and configured for my needs...Checkout-required-pop-up (admin/store/settings/tos)

I have modal API 6.x-1.4 and JqueryUI 6.x-1.3 enabled (jqueryUI 1.6 shows up ok on my status report).

The TOS fieldset shows up in checkout (with the weight of 6 configured in /edit/panes)but the text link (and therefore pop-up) do not.

What am I missing?

I got it!

Pilot error....

I Filled out the (admin/store/settings/tos) form too quick and overlooked the "Terms of Use [nid: 6]" option given by the module in the "Select the node that corresponds to the Terms of Service:" Select Box.

I was typing "node/6" first then I tried the my alternate URL from path module....

THEN I found what I needed when I came back around the ferris wheel.
