After upgrading, the operations links on the admin/store/orders/recurring page vanished.

Typing in the direct urls to the edit functions doesn't work either.

Can you share some details?

What payment gateway(s) are you using?
What did you upgrade from -> to?

This is most likely a specific issue with the gateway you are using.

I upgraded from uc_recurring 6.x-1.0 to 6.x-2.0-alpha4

Prior to that, I updated Ubercart itself from Ubercart 6.x-2.2 to Ubercart 6.x-2.3

Well thats why on the project page there is this message:

Upgrading from UC Recurring 1.x to 2.x
If you are using:

Authorize.net ARB - implementation of ARB in 2.x is still in progress, if you are currently using this gateway you should NOT upgrade to 2.x at this stage.
Other gateways - no other gateways were officially supported in 1.x so its recommend you test your upgrade process thoroughly before performing on a productions site.

I think Authorize.net ARB is working in the latest dev version of the module (reality is that I don't really know as i don't use it), but not sure of the upgrade process. That is why the issue: #580938: Create Authorize.net ARB recurring fee handler is still open, so this sounds like its duplicate of that issue.
