"recurring payment" failture. But order is processed

I am testing this module and have created a $1 product. I add the product to the cart. Then go to checkout.

Once I submit my credit card info I get the following error:
"Your order cannot be completed, because we could not process your recurring payment. Please review your payment details and contact us to complete your order if the problem persists."

And yet, the order has completed.

I am using authorize.net. Do I need to set something up with them?

Any ideas?
