Duplicate emails when using PxAccess [#1079464]

When using the PxAccess gateway, I am finding that 2 sets of identical emails are being produced when the order is placed. Two (of uc_order-admin.tpl.php) to the store owner and two (of uc_order-customer.tpl.php ) to the customer.

The first of each is issued when the DPS "submit" button is pressed and then another when the "next" button is pressed and the user is returned to the website. I have checked all CA's but don't think these are the cause. Might this be related in some way to the [http://drupal.org/node/923718].

I am using 6.x-1.x-dev with the uc_paymentexpress-923718-duplicate_payments.patch but it was also doing this under 6.x-1.0.

For anyone coming across this issue please let me explain how I set this up, after spending many hours banging my head on the desk.
According to DPS (Payment Express) this is not a bug but a feature.!!! They call it "Fail Proof Result Notification".

The answer lies in the CA (Conditional Actions).

Under Trigger: Customer completes checkout
edit both E-mail admin checkout notification and E-mail customer checkout notification
under Conditions add two conditions,
Condition: Check the order balance and set it to "Balance is less than or equal to $0.00."
!!! Important that you set this condition as an invoice will still be sent even if you get a fail from DPS
Condition: Check the order status and set it to "Payment Received"
Action should be "Email an Invoice"

Then under CA "Update order status upon checkout completion with full payment".
Condition: Check the order balance should be set to "Balance is less than or equal to $0.00."
Action: Update the order status should be set to "Payment Received"

I'm quite new to using Ubercart so a better solution might exist but this works - I've tested it on my dev account with DPS.

Note: You cannot test this from your localhost.
