Hello.

This is my first post on Drupal, so sorry if I entered in the post wrong. However, Drupal 8 is going to be released soon, and then Drupal 6 will reach its EOL three months later. So, my question is. What is the status of a Drupal 7 port of the uc_hosting module in the near future, since the Drupal 8 release is imminent?

I setup a site that uses this module, and I don't want to have my project/business just fail because of the natural transition to new versions of Drupal. Ok, thanks a lot--I appreciate it,

I'm not using this module myself anymore, so I don't have any plans to upgrade it, unless someone contracts me to do it. gboudrias has been doing a lot with SaaS stuff over in https://github.com/praxislabs, but I'm pretty sure he isn't doing anything with it anymore either. I've updated the project to reflect its current maintenance status.

FWIW, the Aegir API has remained reasonably stable, so I don't think that'd be the challenging part here. If anything, it'd mostly be a matter of working through the changes to Ubercart.
