We need to manually add the shipping costs to orders, recalculate the total, email the client to logon and complete the checkout process with the payment gateway (paypal). We see how to add a new line to shipping and to update the client. However the only option we see is processing (or Paypal pending) but no paypal button to complete the payment upon update?

Are we missing something here?

It seems that the Review page if left open by the user is updated when refreshed with admin updates added to it, how would you recover the review order page?

There is no way to do this - to take a PayPal payment, you need their PayPal password, which obviously the customer shouldn't be giving out to you.

Not necessary. Paypal allows guest checkouts in their website payment standard after redirection to paypal website with credit cards. Can this be implemented for phone order processing please.

Yes. You can use Virtual Terminal to process phone, fax, or mail orders. Use Virtual Terminal together with Website Payments Standard to reach more customers.

Hmm! Too bad virtual terminal requires $30 monthly fee. I wonder if there is a MOTO/virtual terminal solution without monthly fee. My monthly volume for those transactions is so small that I don't mind paying little extra per transaction so long as I can avoid monthly fees.
