It would be great to have the ability to edit or delete admin or order comments.
Typos happen or maybe you entered a comment that was intended for another customer...

One idea is to append the comments in the textarea box so one can easily edit the comments or clear the box to delete the comment.

New features should go into 7.x-3.x first.

If you would like to provide a patch, this can be considered for inclusion into Ubercart. However, I'm generally opposed to features which would allow rewriting the order history, as they destroy the audit trail. So if this is to be done it should require order versioning support in core Ubercart.
