The sales report summaries (/admin/store/reports/sales/summary) are not using Drupal's site timezone offsets. For us on Eastern US time, the sales summaries for today and yesterday are off by 5 hours. This causes major headaches for any accounting department wanting to use the reports for reconciliation.

function _uc_reports_end_interval() on line 384 of uc_reports.module uses GMT to define these intervals, but doesn't apparently reference the site's timezone.
