then i have to reinstall the site and start again as the site goes down.

Follow the installation advice and install the core modules first then any additional Ubercart modules you need for the site. The installation order seems to get jumbled otherwise.

ahh ok , thanks for that, i deleted the site and redownloaded everything again , and reinstalled it , then it all worked fine.
