Please need help, as the ubercart 5.1.7 breaks the whole themeing of the site.It works fine with the Firefox Though! Any help is appriciated and shall be rewarded accordingly.

I'm not sure what kind of a response you expect here. It's no surprise that IE displays things differently than Firefox, but the problem is IE, not Ubercart. If you use one of the default Drupal themes things will work correctly. If your theme layout breaks in IE, that is something that needs to be addressed in your theme, not Ubercart. And without additional information and a link to your site, I don't see how anyone can help you fix your theme.

I'm changing this to a support request. I suggest you bring up the issue on the ubercart.org forums, because that is where Ubercart support is handled. Don't forget to post a link to your site so we can see what is happening.

+1 to TR's summary. I'm going to close this, as there are several threads on Ubercart.org that should resolve this issue.
