I have an unusual problem that has popped up: I add multiple options with a product to the cart, but only the first option adds to the cart. Any other option down the list doesn't get added with the product to the cart.

Suggestions? Ideas?

I suggest you switch to the default theme and see if that fixes the issue. This does work, and we have test cases to ensure it works and stays working, so the issue is something on your site. Aside from the theme, contributed modules or custom code on your site may be the cause.
