Attached please find exactly what I see on a product node under the Adjustments sub-tab within Edit.

This just doesn't make since to me. Seems like columns and rows are duplicated. The "Membership Type" column is my attribute. It is shown twice. I only have two options for "Monthly" and "Yearly" but I have 4 rows shown.

Is this a bug or am I just not getting it?

That's odd. What do your Attributes and Options tabs look like?

Umm. . . I've since gone a different route and am not using attributes and options for my membership product anymore. I now have two products set up; one for each type of membership. I'm sorry I can't show you.
