I think this problem may be more down to the taxonomy module, but it is only triggered when i add a positive or negative value into a product's attribute options, so I was wondering if you can help. Here is the error code:
Notice: Undefined index: taxonomy_term in taxonomy_field_formatter_view() (line 1596 of /home/sites/*.com/public_html/modules/taxonomy/taxonomy.module).
EntityMalformedException: Missing bundle property on entity of type taxonomy_term. in entity_extract_ids() (line 7663 of /home/sites/*.com/public_html/includes/common.inc).

longwaveHave you searched for "Undefined index: taxonomy_term in taxonomy_field_formatter_view"? There are several threads talking about this error, which appears to have multiple causes depending on the modules you have installed.
#1075998: Notice: Undefined index: taxonomy_term after re-using term reference fields is probably the most helpful, one good suggestion being to edit and re-save the product node in question, especially if it is possible that you have deleted a taxonomy term that previously belonged to the product.

tgldesign commentedthis seems to have fixed my problem. is this an ok method of solving it would you say?
longwaveYes, if that solves your problem. There seems to be a subtle bug in Drupal core related to deleted taxonomy terms, I don't think we can do anything about this in Ubercart itself.
