i have a website that use ubercart to make payment.
when the user buy a product by ubercart by the 2checkout.com payment method the order status become "pending", then the user granted to download the files of the product
but the correct case that the order status should changed to "payment recieved" then the user granted to download the files of the product
the user must take grant to download the files when only the order status changed to "payment recieved"

longwaveYou can configure the conditions for this through the "Renew purchased files" conditional action at /admin/store/ca/uc_file_renewal/edit/conditions

longwaveThe answer lies in your Conditional Actions settings somewhere, as this is the only way to grant access to file downloads.

plato1123 commentedJust noticing file downloading is completely broken in 6.x.29. Maybe it's in conditional actions somewhere but I didn't change anything in CA from the previous version I had installed (6.x.22 or 6.x.24) and now multiple sites are broken.

tr commentedFile downloads work properly in 6.x-2.9 for the vast majority of sites, including some that are selling thousands of downloads per day. If you would like help configuring your site properly, you could start by losing the attitude - you're not going to get anyone to spend their volunteer time on your issue by heaping on the scorn.

plato1123 commentedSorry for the attitude, this just came at a bad time. I do appreciate your help.
I finally had to roll back to 6.x.24 to get going again. So basically I went from 6.x.24 to 6.x.29 (and tried the dev version too) and no go.
Symptoms are:
1) no file download available email sent
2) file not shown in user's file list even though order lists as completed
3) On checkout the password is "your password" although perhaps this is by design?
I've already:
1) checked and rechecked permissions
2) rebuilt permissions
3) ran update.php and cron
4) cleared cache
5) looked at the conditional actions pane until my eyes bled (nothing had changed in the upgrade as far as I can tell)
6) disabled the file downloads submodule, uninstalled its schema, reinstalled, reset downloads path
7) checked server file permissions (775)
8) tired both 6.x.29 versions and 6.x.dev
Anything I'm missing?

tr commentedYou have to step through your workflow to see where the problem lies. I discussed things to check in #1463304: REcent upgrade to 2.7 breaks file downloads. Look at admin/store/ca/uc_file_renewal/edit/conditions to find out what order status you have configured to trigger the grant. Check the order status of the orders that don't grant file downloads, and try to manually set the order status to the status you have configured in the conditional actions. This will help you to verify that the grant does happen when the order changes to the correct status. As I said in that other issue, if you're using PayPal as a payment method, the order statuses used by the PayPal module underwent some big changes, so you have to make sure that you're triggering on a status that actually occurs on your site. It would have been dangerous for us to automatically update your conditional actions - workflow is very site specific and it's something you have to understand and configure properly for your own needs.

plato1123 commentedDoes anyone know if there are any compelling reasons to upgrade from 6.x.24? Even listing the password as "Your password" to the user seems like a horrible idea... and I would wager I have perhaps 10% of users who are stupid enough to think "your password" is what the password is! lol Maybe some of you have smarter customers than I do :)
