Make uc_payment_enter() return the receipt ID

uc_payment_enter() is pretty useless if you need to create payment receipts that are related to 3rd party modules, because there is no way to get the correct receipt ID after creating the receipt.

As a quick fix, I suggest the insert query result is returned.
