I'm getting this error when I'm running cron manually.

warning: SimpleXMLElement::__construct() [function.SimpleXMLElement---construct]: Entity: line 88: parser error : Entity 'rsquo' not defined in /home/dowsett/public_html/sites/default/modules/twitter/twitter.inc on line 438.

Twitter seems to be working....so I don't even know if this is a concern...

Right after I update the cron.php, and go to the main page, I have the same error occurring.
The only difference being, Entity: line 96 and on line 458.

When I refresh the page, the error is gone.

However, the twitter module is NOT working for me. Whenever I try to add an account, nothing happens. I am using the 6.x-2.x-dev snapshot.

I would really appreciate some guidance.
