Post Tweets from other Drupal account

Is it possible with this module to send tweets from one Twitter account by two or more drupal users.
Eg. the user that registered the twitter account can invite and manage other Drupal users (maybe by Organic Groups module?) to post by their Twitter account, and Drupal will log which user send the Tweet out.

This was a function of CoTweet , but they stopped their free service.
If it is not possible, please change the category from support request to feature request.
