I have created a patch which provide blocks with tweet and follow buttons and admin page. Currently I'm working on writing formatters and widget to field tweetbutton.
Are there any chance for me to join to project as co-maintainer?

@id.medion - I have committed the patch as an initial D8 release, but because it's quite old it needs some work. I've also added you as a maintainer, so commit away!
