trackback.module patch (Drupal 4 Bloggers) Can't apply patch. [#7950]

* can send multiple trackback

* added db table 'tb'

CREATE TABLE tb (
nid int(10) unsigned NOT NULL default '0',
pinged longtext,
toping longtext,
PRIMARY KEY (nid)
) TYPE=MyISAM;

* autodiscovery trackback of node

* remember which sites it has trackback to, and which has failed

* bugfix: autodiscovery code in trackback:ping must be complete URL

Has the patch been applied to the download or cvs version of the module yet?

I'm getting thousands of these errors when I enter the url for the textbox for the trackback url.
