I discovered some days ago a plugin for dotclear which might inspire you.

With that plugin, a trackback's life is only 15mn and you have to refresh the page before trackbacking to make it alive. The idea is to generate a time limited URI for each trackback. The URI is compared to a key based on timestamp. If the timestamp is different from the 15mn the trackback is rejected.

I don't know how to code it so sorry if I do not post a patch but I thought the idea has to be shared.

This version of TrackBack is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
