There are two problems with the trackback.module (v 1.1 2003/10/24 16:56:18).
With TB-Modul for Drupal 4.2.0 I could send TB's, for example to http://trackback.blogg.de/?topic=internet.
Since I've updated Drupal to version 4.3.0 and to above-named Module I can't send TB's to blogg.de. Neihter in the apache-logs nor in the messages from Drupal I can't find any hint.

Yesterday a friend tried to send a TB from his Sunlog to my Drupal. He received the following error-message:

TrackBack to http://kopfkrebs.de/trackback/168

Sends message for labil-bLog, http://blog.labil.de/entry.php?id=00124.

Sorry, the last message contains a wrong statement. Sending TBs to trackback.blogg.de is still working.
However, there is a large delay. But that is then rather the problem of blogg.de.
