I'm running drupal 4.5.1 with trackback.module from cvs (v 1.20) and I found no option to delete unwanted trackbacks leaving the door open for trackback spamming. Only direct deleting in the database is possible.

at /admin/comment trackbacks should be listed together with other comments. There you can delete them?

This isn't fixed. Setting the information to be a bit more accurate.

I've been maintaining a version of trackback at civicspacelabs.org,
but this is something I want to fix and I might post a patch on the tracker here. As
for CVS'ing it myself, I'm not sure who the designated maintainer is anymore for
trackback on drupal.org

But I will be back with a patch that addresses the ability to delete spam trackbacks.
