You hace changed the link for viewing all nodes from 'to_do/all' to 'to_do/user/%/all'. This is a bit of a problem. I am creating a menu item to link to this view. If I create the link with, say userID 1, then the view works fine, but the first tab link on this view takes the user to the todo list of user1, not his own.
In short, the link for viewing all to_do items should be independent of user ID.

Ahh, I see what you mean. I'll consider how to take care of this. I wanted to keep it as tabs, but I can understand why this isn't ideal.

I registered the URL: to_do in the newest version of the module (RC11, just uploaded). When accessing the path to_do, it will redirect the user to user/[UID]/to_do/all

I think this should solve the issue you were having, while keeping the module in line with they way I am trying to develop it.
