Order language mappings [#2668424]

When configuring language mappings, the selection values are not ordered.
At least for OHT, the language list is not cleanly ordered.

Order all languages before displaying the mapping.

This seems to be working correctly on OHT.

Strange, so OHT changed order of languages?
We still should check if we properly order the languages and add a sort if missing.

Isn't the remote translator supposed to give the order?

Anyway, the mapping in OHT is hard-coded, this should be changed there.

So, should we close this issue or you want the Translator to sort it?
In case you still want it, then this issue could be for a new student.
