Not with this module, unfortunately. The maintenance page does not run through all of the standard Drupal processes, which ensures if there is a problem with your site while in maintenance mode it's not displayed to the end user. If you wish to customize the maintenance page try looking at https://drupal.org/node/195435 for some more instructions.
