If I select text in TinyMCE, then use the Node Picker button and click "Insert link" for an article on the first page of the view, it works fine. However, whenever I click the 2 page at the bottom of the view and then click "Insert link" for an article on the second page, the link gets inserted at the beginning of my body text instead of replacing the text that was selected in TinyMCE. Any ideas?

Yes. You are probably using the TinyMCE plugun "Inline popups". The iframe refresh when changing page causes the editor to loose the selection. Solution: Use the new module, Node Picker, http://drupal.org/project/nodepicker ...

Thanks, the new module fixed the problem, although I'll miss the filter option.
