Ok, sure. First, in Wysiwyg module, the methods openDialog and closeDialog must be implemented (wysiwyg/editors/js/fckeditor-2.6.js). Then in TinyMCE Node picker module, the switch statement in dialog.js (tinymce_node_picker/js/dialog.js) must be modified to include a block for fckeditor. The fckeditor switch block should extract the selected text from the editor into the content variable.

I'm marking this as closed. We will reopen this issue when Wysiwyg module has implemented support for dialogs with (F)CK.
