Not working when popup is an iframe

Hi!

I've come across this issue today - I've been using the module on 2 sites, on one site it works fine, on another site, due to something I have installed (i'm not actually sure what!) the popups from tinymce are iframes rather than separate windows. This was resulting in the module not working correctly - clicking 'insert link' just led through to the node itself displaying within the iframe.

My fix for this was to change line 3 of dialog.js from:
var parent = (typeof window.opener != 'undefined') ? window.opener : window.parent;
to, simply
var parent = this.parent;

this seems to make it work correctly on both sites, but I'm not sure how robust this is...
