A small patch that adds some settings that we required on our site: Entity Encoding (named, numeric, raw), and an option for advanced layouts to override the toolbar buttons manually, so that buttons can be arranged neatly (and with separators).

All TinyMCE options are now accessible in the expert configuration options in the Drupal 5 release.
