TinyMCE Not Showing in Chrome

I just installed the TinyMCE module and it works fine in IE, but not in Chrome. its working fine in IE so I don't think its a configuration or permissions issue. the buttons just aren't there in chrome- no errors, just not there. does anybody have any ideas?
