In drupal 5.x all works good, but in the 6.x version of drupal and the new version of tinymce 3.1.0.1 (also in 3.0.5) i dont have a rich text disable/enable button. How I can disable editor?

Also with the default state off (both in user profile and tinyMCE profile) , the editor is still showing up.
