Set tinyMCE to appear in admin/settings page so I can properly edit my mission statement and footer message, but the toolbar is always basic, even though I have set tinyMCE toolbar to default. Am using firefox.

The module by default reverts to the simple theme for smaller textareas. You can change this by overriding the tinymce_theme function. See INSTALL.txt for details.
