Blockquote buttons when configured doesn't show up in toolbar.

Inside configure site -> tinymce -> profile -> plugins, I selected blockquote.

When I go and edit something, the tinymce doesn't have any blockquote button.

I have modified the code so that the 3rd row of the toolbar contains blockquote and everything works.

For some reasons, tinymce.module strip the Default-blockquote option and do not convert it into a toolbar button.
