With the upgrade of Safari to version 3, Tinymce is broken under that browser again. This time, creating links in Tinymce doesn't work at all.

Tinymce version 3 addresses this: http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/punbb/viewtopic.php?id=8959. Since they're well into the beta process and since Tinymce is now worse than useless on any sites that use Safari, can we get a patch to work with 3? I've tried replacing my install and that didn't work.

I'm using the current beta without a patch. There is an alignment issue and the current beta doesn't work with IMCE, but the core TinyMCE functionality does work for Firefox on Macs and Windows and IE on Windows. Haven't had a chance to test with Asset Manager, nor have I tried Safari.

Moxiecode has already given Safari far more attention than it's market share warrants... if Safari users want to see more progress in both TinyMCE and the module, I suggest you get active or create a bounty to get someone else to fix the remaining issues. With Drupal 6 hitting RC2 (today?) and the Safari friendly TinyMCE release still in beta, I'm spending what little time I have on RC2 and encouraging others to do the same. Sorry.
