Tinymce editor cannot be disabled for "log message" field when editing a book page. Enabled version of tinymce creates a double instance of the editor for the "log message" field . Disabling tiny mce for the "log message" field results in a single instance of the editor being present.

Fixed. The database tables were modified with this commit. You'll need to use tinymce.mysql and reload the tables.
