When using 4.6RC, tinymce CVS, img_assist CVS, i get the following error in my log. Seems the path to tiny_mce_popup.js isn't defined correctly.

modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/tiny_mce_popup.js not found.

This should be fixed in the latest version of tinymce.
