I have installed the TinyMCE version 5.X-1.9-1 and the TinyMCE_2-1-1-1 per the instructions. I have enabled the module and assigned access control without any problem. The issue is when I attempt to create the TinyMCE profile. I input all the mandatory fields and add a couple of random then select the create button. I only receive a page not found message on the returning page. This is similar behavior as to when I try to input a page or any content that contains a line break, thus the reason I was trying to install this editor.

Help, please.

This seems like another module or customization is corrupting Drupal's Forms API.
Please try to disable all other modules. Then test submitting a content again. If that works, try enabling one module after the other until you find the one that is guilty.

This version of TinyMCE is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
