Database Error Messages

I'm running the 5.x-dev version of TinyMCE in Drupal 5.1 and I'm getting several error messages.

1. When I try to create any type of content I get:

user warning: Table 'drupal.tinymce_settings' doesn't exist query: SELECT s.name FROM tinymce_settings s INNER JOIN tinymce_role r ON r.name = s.name WHERE r.rid IN (2) in C:\www\drupal\includes\database.mysql.inc on line 167.

user warning: Table 'drupal.tinymce_settings' doesn't exist query: SELECT * FROM tinymce_settings in C:\www\drupal\includes\database.mysql.inc on line 167.

2. On the 'Administer by module' page I get:

3. In Settings > TinyMCE I get:

user warning: Table 'drupal.tinymce_settings' doesn't exist query: SELECT * FROM tinymce_settings in C:\www\drupal\includes\database.mysql.inc on line 167.

I followed all the installation instructions, and granted access to the TinyMCE module to the Authenticated User Role. It won't let me add profiles.

Also, I did a search for this error and from what I saw I have a feeling the solution might involve manually editing my database? If this is the case I would really appreciate a bit of hand-holding as I've never had to do that before and don't know what the steps are.
