Well, at least not for me, though someone seems to have it working. If I create a timeline as a page using a tab menu, I can show the timeline. If I create it as an attachment view (views-6.x-3.x-dev and views_attach 6.x-2.2) it will not display. I spent hours with this until today I suddenly fell on the idea of trying it on a page instead.

I have the same issue but with using a timeline as a block - if I use the same timeline default settings with a page it works but not with a block. any hints ?

I think this should be marked as a duplicate. I read the other issue and understand the problem.

I do wonder if there is a way to work around this. Panes? Perhaps Composite Layout. This will need some testing, but views_attach would have been gorgeous.
